What is KHATAIQ?
KHATAIQ is a ledger, settlement, reporting and back-office operations SaaS platform. Teams create an organization workspace, manage party accounts, record ledger and event activity, settle outstanding balances, review reports, and keep an auditable trail of important changes.
How does settlement work?
Operators open Settlement Desk, preview balance before and after, confirm, then post a partial or full settlement. Duplicate posting is protected.
How are corrections handled?
Financial corrections use voids and reversals that create compensating entries. Original posted rows are not silently rewritten.
Does KHATAIQ support teams?
Yes. Customer Owner/Admin manage roles for Operator, Accountant and Viewer inside their organization. Platform Super Admin is separate.
Is KHATAIQ mobile-friendly?
Yes. The customer app is responsive and installable as a progressive web app for operators on mobile devices.
